Nit-picking

To the RT that I love working with, who taught me well...

It's inTUbate, not innabate.

Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest.

We have our own improper RT lingo here at Sunny Flats. For example, patients are not "intubated and placed on a ventilator," they are "incubated on the escalator." And things are not good or great; they are "beautimous."

I don't know why, but that's how they've always done it here.

This medical terminology is difficult for many literate people. But with terminology like that, why even bother with documentation.
